These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, orders, and sales of goods and services by APM Machining (“Seller”) to the customer (“Customer”).
All quotations are subject to change or withdrawal until accepted. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on specifications, quantities, and requirements outlined in the quote. Changes may result in revised pricing.
Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest.
Customer is responsible for accuracy of drawings, specifications, and design. Seller does not assume design responsibility unless agreed.
Delivery dates are estimates. Seller is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
Seller warrants that goods conform to agreed specifications. Remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or credit.
Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
